Company Overview
The company is an Indian healthcare solution provider looking to set up a 255-bed multi-specialty hospital in Faridabad (Haryana) with a focus on cancer, organ transplants, robotic surgery, and a premium birthing centre with IVF facilities. The hospital aims to make personal care its USP by building patient trust through the bundling of services, transparent pricing, benchmarking quality and patient safety parameters.
- Within 10 years, the company’s projected revenue, EBITDA, and PAT are projected to reach INR 1685.6 million, INR 424.39 million, and INR 257.3 million.
- A 1.25-acre plot has been approved for medical facilities by the Department of Town Planning and the location has been chosen strategically, post a market and demand-supply gap analysis, noting the lack of hospitals, well-connected transport facilities, and abundance of qualified medical specialists.
- Plans are in place to install a Proton Beam single gantry system for cancer treatment by radiotherapy. At present, only one machine exists in the country.
- Indian healthcare is cost-competitive when compared to its peers in Asia and the West with the cost of surgery being one-tenth of that in the USA or Western Europe.
